At ECD, we love a creative challenge! We’re proud of our ability to utilize furnishings from our collection and match with a homeowner’s existing pieces. It creates an entirely new and unique look to attract potential buyers. Our Sales Leads will do a comprehensive consultation with the homeowner to create a plan of what items will stay to be used as part of the design concept. We can use large pieces such as patio furniture, beds, sofas and even down to small accessories! We’re proud to showcase some of our best homes that made a big impact and got their sellers a top dollar and quick sale.
