ABOUT EVERYTHING CREATIVE DESIGNS

With humble beginnings in 2006, Carol Kaplan began home staging with limited resources. Quickly, she established great relationships with some of the top realtors in San Diego by providing warm customer service with a real eye for design and detail.

Fast-forward to 2025, ECD is one of the leading staging companies in the industry, with a proven track record. Within the company, ECD now boasts over 20 employees including talented designers, sales specialists and movers, our team is bigger than ever and continues to grow.

Back in 2020, ECD moved from a 9,000 square foot warehouse to a 15,000 square foot space, located in Mira Mesa. We’ve expanded our ability to house the best and most extensive pieces of hand-selected furniture, accessories and artwork. ECD stages hundreds of homes annually, whether the property is vacant, occupied, new construction or remodel; Everything Creative Designs has the experience and versatility to bring your home to life.
